
The gantry has ten (10) loading arms through which petroleum products are dispensed
into trucks via an electronic device called Accuload III which
can load 33,000 litres of petroleum products in less than 15
minutes.
The depot has five (5) electronic devices (Accuload III Systems) . This device is capable of dispensing 33, 000 litres of petroleum products in
less than 15 minutes.
The depot has nine (9) tanks with 7.2 million litres capacity each for storage of AGO, PMS and DPK.
In between the tanks exist bundwalls that divide different products tanks while the PMS tanks have inner bundwalls separating each tank.

The depot has a modern and well-equipped
laboratory for the purpose of analysing and attesting to the
quality of petroleum products before discharge into the tanks
and eventual sale to consumers.
Sophisticated safety mechanism
including three (3) Angus fire pumps, disc jockey pump, two
(2) foam pourers, and hydrant line that goes round the depot
with over ten (10) outlets is installed at the depot for
safety reasons.
Obat has a fleet of road trucks to ensure efficient supply chain management and quality customer service. The trucks transports AGO, PMS and DPK to retail outfits and other terminals .
The depot has three oil Vessels that handles trading of bulk petroleum products across West Africa and the coastal region of Nigeria.
The private licensed Jetty at the bank of
the Kirikiri channel is to provide smooth platform for vessels
discharging petroleum products into the storage
tanks.
The First Bank of Nigeria Plc has cash office within the depot premises to handle
financial transactions.
